Your ZSAZSA jewellery is designed to be worn and loved, but proper care will help preserve its beauty for longer.

Avoid Contact With

• Water (including showering, swimming, and washing hands)
• Perfume and body sprays
• Lotions, creams and sunscreen
• Sweat and excessive moisture
• Hairspray and cosmetics
• Cleaning products and household chemicals
• Saltwater and chlorine

Before You...

Please remove your jewellery before:

• Showering or bathing
• Swimming
• Exercising or sports
• Sleeping
• Cleaning
• Using perfume, lotions or hairspray

Storage

• Store jewellery in a cool, dry place.
• Keep each piece separate to prevent scratching.
• Avoid direct sunlight, humidity and excessive heat.

Important

• Do not bend, adjust or force any clips, clasps, hinges or moving parts.
• If your jewellery requires adjustment or repair, please bring it to a ZSAZSA store. Our team will inspect it and assist where possible.

 

Warranty

Damage resulting from water, sweat, perfumes, chemicals, excessive heat, improper care, accidental damage or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

Warranty claims are accepted only after inspection confirms that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Full-priced items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase upon presentation of the original receipt.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit or an exchange.

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or at a discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The only exceptions are products found, upon inspection, to have a manufacturing defect or where an incorrect item was supplied due to a shipping error.
